We are Holdex, a Web3 startup venture studio headquartered in Hong Kong. Since 2016, we have built and launched numerous Web3 products, and our portfolio of startups is a testament to our success.

We've partnered with great companies and founders, but every startup is unique.

We participate in conferences, develop free and open-source tools, and build DeFi products people use. At Holdex, collectively and as independent team members, we already passed the time of wasting time because of the urge to follow something that is not real or important. We invest our time and other resources into things that matter, based on our vision, missions, and team values.

We don’t play with technology for fun, even though we have a lot of fun during the process, but we play to win the hearts of our users by solving problems. We ensure our effort makes us closer to achieving our common big and ambitious goals. What we want to do is:

Holdex Mission

Over 2 billion adults, about 25% of the world, face challenges accessing financial services. This limits their ability to work remotely, participate in the shared economy, and invest. Issues like banking crises, high inflation, and political instability make addressing financial inclusivity vital.

Therefore, our mission is to launch alongside the best founders responsible and sustainable applications that promote inclusivity and financial freedom.

How We Work

Driven by Holdex's mission, we partner with a few startups annually to build and launch new products. We also develop and maintain deep relationships with each of our portfolio companies .

He actively assists startups at Holdex in constructing and expanding their secondary markets, facilitating token listings on major exchanges, and establishing relationships with top market-making firms.
• Jakob Kronbichler – Advisor at Holdex, CEO & co-founder at Clearpool .
• Greg Wolfson – Advisor, Fundraising.Greg is an active venture partner at Crypto.com and helps Holdex startups connect with the most strategic investors in the Web3 space.
• Giorgia Pellizzari – Advisor & Co-founder at Holdex.Giorgia started her Web3 journey with Holdex in 2016 as a co-founder and COO. For years, she specialized in Agile product development and helped to roll out products in collaboration with Outblaze (Animoca Brands), Spotify, Apple Music, and Holdex. Now, she is Head of Custody at Hex Trust.
